Wow, I've been eating a LOT of junk food lately and I'm having a tough time to get back on track. I want to do an elimination diet to figure out which types of food I'm reacting to (eczema, edema, bloating...) to see if I'm sensitive to any of the foods I eat, so I can get rid of some of these symptoms. Today is day 1 and after a while of eating cheeses, pasta, chocolate, burgers with buns, etc... I'm pretty much doing paleo (except I'm using regular meat).
It's about noon and my head is pounding. I must've been doing pretty bad if withdrawels are already kicking up...
