I really need to get back into the right frame of mind. It's like I got 5lbs from my goal and I'm already in maintain mode instead of lose-mode... Gotta get back to losing. Guess I just let up b/c I'm close to my goal. How dumb is that? It wasn't really a conscious decision; just happened. So, here's to getting back at it!!

Hope you all have a happy & healthy week. :)

That can happen Deb! You get happy and comfortable and forget what it's like to really train hard and eat well. Try some new exercises and some new foods and you'll out of the rut you're stuck in. I went through a rut at 130/131 for two months before I actually got back on track and went down to the 120's. You really have to focus your eating and keep a good log of what you're doing. Hold yourself accountable for your decisions and ask yourself as you eat: do I NEED this? How will it taste? Will the satisfaction outweigh the guilt? Hope this helps you get to where you want to be girl :)

It's normal. Losing is half the battle, maintaining is the other half. So if you feel the need to maintain for a few weeks, then go back to losing, that is fine.

The last few are the hardest...and its not really a negative that you were maintaining...better than going up and proves that you are able to accomplish that. I kicked it back up couple weeks ago and FINALLY seeing results...so don't get discouraged! The closer to goal you get the harder it'll get but you can do it no problem!!
