Up 0.6 lb. Not expected. I think this is why: 5 oz. deli sliced turkey breast in our lunch salad, which otherwise was totally Keto. 2 keto ice cream stick bars. Supposedly 2 g net carbs each. Enlightened brand 2-3 handfuls roasted peanuts. Everything else I ate yesterday and day before was safe Keto.
