Well a weekend of excesses, no excuses for my behavior other than poor choices. Will not beat myself up over this but am back on track this am. Man Saturday I did nothing but EAT, don't even know why. Not stressed or depressed, life is good.
74.6 kg Lost so far: 35.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
