For a long time I almost didn't eat bread and sugar, but then burnout, depression happened, and I began to eat up negative feelings. My move to Turkey with its mind-blowing sweets and bread made everything worse.
This year's goal is to level the nutrition and restore all systems with the help of a nutritionist. Consultation, protocols and recommendations have been received.
I also start training in the gym 3 times a week. Up to this point there was a break of 3 months and the body tone dropped a little, which I don't like of course.
I have also been observing Ekadashi fasts for a year now. It also helps to keep fit.
Goal: to look 200% like a year ago again, or even better💪
