So I really blew it last night - I had exercised in the morning (1-1/2 hour walk with my hubby), and hadn't eaten much all day - and then splurged - we didn't have dinner until 8pm, which I know is a problem right there - and then I had chips that I didn't need to have, and twizzlers
108.2 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 44.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
