Water weight, not gonna stress because just 3 days ago I glanced at the scale and it was 195 I did not gain 4lbs in that amount of time. I've followed my eating, I could probably drink more water, my clothes feel looser, and I feel great. Keep moving forward and ignore those numbers:)
90.3 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

the numbers are not as important as the clothes feeling looser in my opinion. Water weight can be a real pain...keep up with that good attitude :)

Have to follow my own advice, my weigh in today put me up a pound but when I looked 2 days ago I was down a pound. its TOM for me and water weight is always a problem. So just going to keep doing what I have been doing and it will work :)

Yep that's the way to do it. I've decided since I am also getting ready to turn into a pumpkin that I am not stepping on the scale for the next 2 weeks if not month. I don't want to discourage myself because of a silly number, and as long as I stick to my plan I will be fine.
