Fasting 16 hours a day Noon-8:00 pm
Low carb during the week
Eat whatever on weekends (while still fasting)
Working like crazy.
Because of my activity level Low carb was always difficult for me to stick to because of “performance issues” 🤣
Athletic performance that is. Loading up on carbs over the weekend is super helpful and keeping the fasting regimen keeps me from splurging. (It’s difficult to splurge in an 8 hour window.
99.5 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
