Deere Man's Journal, 27 Aug 14

Steadily going in the right direction. 30lbs to go but 40lbs behind me. 14 weeks tomorrow since I became serious about losing and to maintain a healthy weight. It seems it goes off so slowly but in the age of instant gratification, that seems to be what society is use to. It went on over time and goes off the same. I can feel a huge difference in my energy level and my mobility. I look different in the mirror and my clothes are not tight but fit loosely. To all you fat secret converts, keep up the good work and live long and healthy.

Great job! 2-1/2 pounds a week is a great loss rate! I have to remind myself all the time that it took me 5 years to put the weight on - be patient! Keep it up, Deere Man!
