Didn't log dinner because went out to a fancy dinner with dad. Too many ingredients to try to log. But yay went down!
More hard work today. Packed healthy lunch for work. WOOT.
70.5 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
