Almost at 50 lbs lost and I can slowly see my body changing 💪. I am now almost 2 lbs lighter then the last time I was home and just over 8 lbs away from my lowest adult weight. Also about 100 lbs down from my highest 🤯
For the first time in my 30 year journey of trying to lose weight, I KNOW that I will achieve my goal and can see my future slimmer self. I could never imagine myself at a normal weight and without the excess pounds until recently. It makes a huge difference on how I feel and am willing to keep going! 🚶‍♀️
86.6 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
