p.s: btw defkal belum ada sebulan dan kemaren iseng nimbang eh taunya turun 1 kg dan Alhamdulillah nya udh out dri zona overweight ke normal weight😭 terus pas ngitung di calculator TDEE, itungan BMR emg otomatis jd berubah turun juga ya? btw BMR awal aku 1300 skrg jd 1200 aja nah pertanyaanx sah-sah aja ga si kl ngikutin BMR yg 1200 skrg perbulan ini?
