The trouble with Atkins is that you can become constipated so easily. I am drinking water like there is no tomorrow and trying to eat loads of vegetables, but (and I feel like my Mamaw even worrying about b.m.s!) nothing today and that is concerning.
No formal exercise today, but I did clean the downstairs pretty well. Tomorrow I will be walking again. 5 miles or so. I also think I need to begin doing yoga each morning. The stretching is essential to staying young, they say!
