Losing weight happening much slower now that i am halfway into my journey. Cut my calorie intake to 2000 instead of 2200 which puts me 400-500 calorie deficit
75.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
