I don't get it. I held to calories but didn't lose any and today I feel really bloated. I wonder if it was the very tiny bit of gluten that I ate.
121.8 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 31.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It could be something as simple as too much sodium yesterday. Our bodies don't lose every day. You can stay the same for 6 days and then drop 4 pounds. Plus, our bodies are made up of 60% water so many things can effect our water weight from sodium, medications, being sick, hormones, sore muscles from exercise, etc. Just keep going and you will see a loss soon.
