Just came home from the worst vacation ever. I didn't count one calorie & eat burgers, fries, donuts, chips, ice cream- just junk. Would you know I lost weight.

The only exercise I really did was walking around universal studios ( 1 day) and swimming ( 2 days for about 15 min each). It had to be the stress because my eating habit was off the chart.
88.4 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
