Yikes! Up a little bit in weight this morning.
I still don't know if ground beef is an acceptable protein for me on this diet. The problem is, I'm not sure if it was eating the ground beef, eating it too late in the day, or if it was the 200 extra calories I consumed.
I will try eating ground beef again this evening, but stay under calories, and eat it with plenty of time before going to bed. Hopefully, this will help me determine what happened.
