Well, gained a couple of pounds, but that's because I have been eating whatever I want. Not bad. However, my wife started with SBD Phase 1 yesterday so, I'll going back on Phase 1 as of today to lose another 10 lbs by the end of the month.
Breakfast: Med-Coffee, 2 sweetners, 2 milk 2% (yeah I know, should be decaf and skim, but Tim Hortons only has 2%, not skim. Yogort flavored (Yup, I know too: has to be plain, but trying to finish off some yogurt left).
Walked during lunch for 30 min.
Lunch: Salad with Renee's Mediterraniean Greek dressing with peanuts. Celery. Diet A&W Rootbeer.
Dinner: TBA
