I always tell myself I will be bikini-ready by the time summer rolls around, but (again) it's nearly mid-May and I am nowhere near where I want to be. I would love to just feel good when I look at my body in the mirror. I understand I will never look perfect, but I would like to lose some of my belly and tone up my arms. I am 5'5" and I stabilize between 140 and 145 pounds without trying. I do carry a lot of muscle in my legs which makes up a lot of this weight, so I am not "fat," but I am probably close to being/looking overweight. I would like to just feel good again and comfortable in my clothes in skin! Do you feel me on this?! PS: I weighed around 145 (144.4) yesterday morning, but I jogged yesterday, so that may be why I weigh less today.

I know exactly how you feel! I am very similar to you- 5'5, and able to maintain a steady weight of about 145-150. Technically, I'm not overweight at that weight, but I feel it. I know just what it's like to want that confidence that comes with looking in the mirror and liking what you see. Good work so far, and keep it up!
