My weight is coming off too quickly right now, even though I am eating 2,000 calories a day. My inches are not moving much. I am a little worried because of TOM - I expect to be a little heavier and bloated at the moment. That lasted the two days before TOM, but now I'm back to regular measurements and losing weight. Hmmm...
63.0 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Most likely this is because of my focus on cardio and my Zumba 10-day accelerated program. I am working really hard to make sure I am not losing muscle, which is a big concern when doing too much cardio. I am on Day 7 of the 10 days. On the 11th day I will rest, and then I will start back with P90X, alternating days with Zumba. The most success just comes from the Atkins diet. I've never been a size 2 before - it's pretty sweet. But I don't want to overdo cardio and end up skinny fat. Blech. Can't wait to get back to my heavy lifting next week!
