so happy my weight is going down. had about 1000 cals yesterday n that was a roadtrip day so I'm proud of myself. I didn't overeat. it's really about eating till I'm not hungry anymore instead of eating till im full. and taking my time in between bites so i can feel the food go down n settle. just really enjoying every bite n every drink i take makes me appreciate it all so much more. zigzag calorie cycling seems to be working for me also n doesn't make me feel like I'm depriving myself of anything actually makes my energy levels and mood feel much more amazing 👏
88.0 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
