Up .2 pounds since Friday is a victory considering that the closest I got to a workout this weekend was lifting plants and potting soil while I planted my patio garden on Sunday. I didn't eat much of note this weekend because my tooth was throbbing, probably in anticipation of my root canal. Now that it's over, maybe I can get settled back into a routine. TRX in the morning, followed by a little Aqua Action in the evening perhaps?
