Ugh. Had a very solid keto lunch. Big, but near zero carbs. And I used healthy oils. Would have been enough good for the day.
Then someone insisted we get takeout fish and chips. And insisted that we share it. Totally not keto. It included deep fried fish and deep fried onion rings and French fries.
