145.5 - YAY- I finally broke the cycle. I've been yo yoing for the last year- 150's and saw 146 once in october but put it back on. Well today I got under that so maybe the curse it broken. ha ha ! I stayed on track this weekend and didn't even feel tempted. I can reach 140 by the end of the month!
