Hi everyone who takes e time to read my updates...
I havent been weighing in online cz my weight hasnt gone down for almost 2 weeks despite consuming less than 500cal per day as was my diet plan.
Start of this week, I went all gung-ho & said OK LET'S DO A DRY FAST & WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS. After 48 hrs of no food & no water & feeling crazy weak, I weighed myself hoping to get some motivation from finally seeing anything lower than 160lbs. GUESS WHAT?? IT WAS LIKE 164'?????? I was like WTF & OK FORGET DIS!!
That was wednesday morning & for the past 2 days I've been eating a lil bit better.. 800cal yesterday (the scale read 160lbs dis morning & I was like THNK GAWD) & 1000cal today.. (hopefully it'll read the same tmr!)
Right now I'm aiming to up my calories to 1000-1200cal & just hope to maintain. REVV UP MY METABOLISM I'M THINKING! Fasting & no weight loss?? Its surely a sign dat my body needs more calories!! So we'll go dis route for a week or 2. e positive from dis is dat I get to start my TAEBO. Was aiming to lose about 10 more pounds b4 i started since i build muscle easily, what with e amount I do (I do TAEBO with hand as well as leg weights ;D)but WTH, i enjoy it anyway!!
OK so to those who might be walking dwn dis route, perhaps its time to up calories ya?? Go figure!!
