loseing inchs but not as many pounds...I am still very swolllen all over from my injurys suffered on wednesday so ill cut myself a lil slack. I am dissapointed with the weight loss this week. only 3 pounds :/ Hmmm does swelling indicate water retention or is that just a fools hope?
