Have been eating less calories. I'm not measuring but estimating daily about 1200-1300. Eating popcorn popped on the stove with olive oil, but no butter anymore. Walking into/from work. Need more but is a start.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
