clocked 2.71 kms in 30 minutes last night...not great, I know but the 36 degrees Celsiusheat even at10.30 in the night really saps one.
129 kg Lost so far: 16 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week

nice run. go slow initially. u can increase the speed later on. and count the distance not the time. also, were a heart rate monitor if possible. we ppl have to check heart rate and run.
