Yes - I have to say away from the peanuts. I lost another 0.8 lb!

(Remember, I’m doing a solid keto. Nearly zero carbs.)

I did have a few macadamias. But no peanuts and no other tree nuts.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week
