I am sort of mindful of what I eat but not too careful. I am taking my bicycle to school every day so that's a decent 10km of cycling activity that I desperately needed. I guess I eat pretty much everything I want, just in moderation. I think that's the keyword here. Moderation. Ancient Greeks said it best. "Pan metron Ariston" = Moderation is best!
