Dropping three lb. in a day is unexpected but I did it. I’ve been keto nearly four years now. What I changed this week is that I stopped eating peanuts and tree nuts.
I’ve heard and read that they can mess up a keto diet. Also, I’ve found that they, shall I say, they pass slowly through the digestive system. And they probably slow down everything that follows behind them.
Today I had a small amount of macadamias. They have more fat/oil than most nuts, and very low carbs. Hopefully that will work out ok. But no peanuts!!!
