Have been on vacation, was pretty good, probably a lot of water weight in here. Came back sick so have not gone to the gym this week. Start water aerobics on Saturday
74.4 kg Lost so far: 35.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
