This diet has impressed my husband. He wants to start tomorrow

It's so much easier when there's someone so close doing it with you...I feel like I inconvenience my husband when I say I don't want certain things...so yay for you guys!!!

Its awesome that your hubby is joining you. It is always easier if you are both eating the same things and he is not trying to sabatoge you! Just keep in mind that they, meaning the male species, loses easier and faster than we do! It can be frustrating when you work so hard and the weight just "falls" off him.
