Still being stupid. So tired of this cycle. Not sure how to break it. I know it isn't magically just going to snap back into place I need to put my head down and just do it. 25 lbs to 100 lbs. 15 lbs to 90 lbs lost. I can do the 15 lbs. Half of this gain is my TOM finally arriving. Last month I was even higher so if I can stop this gain in it's tracks this 264 is as high as it gets this month last month I went from 267-253. And then I stopped that was just a couple weeks of getting back to it. So this month just all month. Just remembering what I used to do to get there. Would be lovely.

I made my hair appt. Something else for 90 lbs will be called for. perhaps I can get my manfriend in on it.
119.7 kg Lost so far: 34.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 2.5 kg a Week
