Any loss this week is a surprise. Have been away for a few days and was stressed the rest of the week, so old habits showed up again.
Will do better as of today to reach my next goal and be under 200. The first two goals are reached as of today (lose 20lbs and be under 100kg).
It also looks like there is a spot available with the supervised weightloss program which should give me some added motivation.
99.4 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 26.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
