I am so excited!!! I finally passed the 160 on my scale. Finally in the 150's. Maybe I will be in the 140's by September 1st!!!

72.2 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg. Still to go: 8.7 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Losing 0.6 kg a Week
