This is what happens when you cheat and go off of your diet even once. I'm not doing the "diet" as a temporary change. This is a lifelong change and I will cheat from time to time, but this weight gain and bloating is what happens every time I do. This is why it's so easy for me to usually maintain my gluten free diet. The weight gain practically overnight is not worth it.
