The last few weeks have just been so hectic.
Since having COVID round mid April I have been in a weird space. Eating more and moving 😌 less. There has just been so many temptations and I realise now 😳 the my discipline has weakened.

Definitely have to get back on track 👣 💪 💯
91.6 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
