been sick for 2 weeks. And didn't do enough for the last 4 weeks. So I gained a kilo but since my muscles obviously shrunk, my jeans that where slightly to big are now to tight! :( Muscles ways more than fat, I can tell. Next week after my exam I will start workout again, this week I will start not eating 300g of biscuits a day :D
