We're doing some remodeling work on our church.... this past week I've spent several hours of several evenings working very hard...... it paid off!! I lost four pounds!! Whoo Hoo!!

102.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg. Still to go: 34.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.6 kg a Week
