Mini goal accomplished!! Took a week vacation with the family to the vineyard and didn't break my diet once. Fried clams lobster rolls, beer nothing. My tip... exercise daily add late night bike rides by the beach so I'm not trolling for food. But the best tip is Grill lean meats daily and buy daily so you are prepared!
Although I did not lose weight I look and feel thinner
