That should say VERY VERY VERY VERY POORLY>

Yesterday I honestly and seriously consumed 5000 calories. Why? No real good reason. I have a slight medical worry about something right now but really only time will tell and so far tests are showing I am going to be ok. I am going to be ok either way just one way is more complicated than the other. This is just no good way to react. I should go to the gym and sweat it out not eat 5000milliontrillionquitininion calories. I'm not my biggest fan at the moment. Need to get back to where I was. Need to get to 90 lbs lost. NEED TO<really.
118.4 kg Lost so far: 35.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
