I had some non keto food yesterday. Corn chips. And a salad with “blue cheese” dressing made with a mayonnaise base. I suspect it was regular mayo, made with sugar.
66.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.5 kg a Week
