Oh dear. The burgers 🍔, waffles 🧇 and lemon meringue pie have taken it's toll. But I needed to break away from the diet, calorie counting and IF. Also PMS so water 💧 retention playing ▶️ it's part. Bring on May 2022. Back in the saddle of Trail 👣 Walks and making good healthy decisions. A month of peace and quiet 🤫
