Cycling + keto = wooosh! Got a mountain bike a few days ago, and although I haven't done any sustained cardio in 8 months (before keto), my endurance is already back to where I left off. Very exciting moment
97.8 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week
