Was tired last night but got on the elliptical anyhow. The 2 previous nights of doing 50 minutes instead of 30 minutes have given my metabolism a boost. Will incorporate 50 minutes on a regular basis. I'm really enjoying an evening yoga DVD (for beginners) following my workout, very relaxing. Tonight: Elliptical steps: 1606, Cals: 300, 35 minutes (cool down was slow walking). Heart rate returned to 72 within 5 minutes.
65.5 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
