Woohoo!! Met my goal for April. I need to now increase my exercise and decrease my dairy intake. I am still aiming for an 8 to 10lbs loss in May but will take 5....slow and steady wins the race!
120.2 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week
