3 bulan baru bisa nurunin bb 5 kg, itupun pas sebelum puasa sempet gk olga,dan pas puasa bb stuk sma perut jdi tambah buncit, pas lgi puasa ngga rutin olga. semangat back on track nya nanti abis lebaran aja bismillah 🤭💪
