Wonderful Patty, keep going girl ! I understand the WW diet, and I know how to calculate the points. However, I just can't discipline my self to record all day long. What do you do to stay motivated ? Any help is greatly appreciated.Mamma Marilyn

Wow, I just spent a long time replying and hit a button and lost it all. I have to get ready for work, but I will reply again. Sorry. But here are 2 hints: Keep Measuring cups and spoons for every and all servings of anything you take in. Second, keep an app on your phone for WW and take pictures of your meals to help you accurately document what you've had. Thanks for commenting. Will email you again soon, Patty. Good luck.

Yes, that a good hint, to keep spoons handy. I had installed the WW points scanner on my phone , but it never worked, I finally uninstalled it. When I remember to record, I just write down the points on a note pad, that I can remember to do. I read many complains on the WW site about their app's.

Ok, finally off of work and just had dinner. Yes, I can think clearly now. What I wanted to share was this, find 2-3 breakfast meals you love and stick to them. Keep them between 5-8 points. Find 2-3 meals you love and stick to those too, about 8-10 points. At the highest, you will be at 18 points for the day. All in between snacks should be fruits since they are "free" points. I always photograph my dinners to help me remember what fun and yummy meal I had. It helps me think clearly. It also helps me document later if I didn't have time to do that during the day. For instance, I haven't documented all day, but I used my iPhone to take pics of the things I ate. I pretty much have most of my meals down. Here's today's meals for example: Breakfast: 6pts total 6T egg whites, 1 80Cal wheat tortilla, 1 Veggie sausage, apple slices: 4 points Coffee, 4T creamer: 2 points Snack: FREE pts. Banana: 0 pts. Lunch: 5 pts. total Spinach Chipotle Dressing on Spinach Salad with 1 oz of chicken grilled on top, 4 halves of steamed Zucchini cut lengthwise, then broiled Parmesan cheese on top of it as a side dish, : 4 pts. Tea with 2T creamer: 1 pts. Snack: Free Cantaloup and Strawberry salad 0 pts. Snack again: 4 pts. Cheese stick & apple: 2 pts. Ice Coffee w/ 4T creamer: 2 pts. I had 15 points so far, and 11 to use for dinner, but I most likely won't use them all. Dinner: 5 pts. Another Spinach Salad with Chipotle Dressing, 4 oz of grilled Cod fish and steamed brocolli: 5pts. Dessert: 4 pts. For Dessert, I will have 2 apples cut up and cooked on the stove top, then add a dollup of vanilla ice cream. 4 pts. This leaves me with 2 pts. which I'm sure I had somewhere that I may have missed, LOL. Note: The Chipotle Dressing is a 25 Cal. or WW 1pt. dressing for 2T. It is so yummy. They also carry a Light Ranch, also 25 Cal. I can only find it in the refrigerated secton in Walmart. It's called Market Fresh. Good luck and hope my lil story (that was way too long LOL), helped.
