I did 35 minutes in the gym yesterday. I've been keeping up a pattern of 3-4 days a week of exercise, and it has been showing results in terms of improved muscle tone. I'm also noting less weariness when I work out.

This morning's weigh-in showed another big drop in weight, which is good. I'm getting down towards the next set of benchmarks, though I still have more than sixty pounds to go till I reach my goal.
101.8 kg Lost so far: 51.0 kg.    Still to go: 25.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Way to go! Oh i wish i could get back on track with my exercising I need to be hitting the gym myself.
